Brushloom is a proprietorship organization founded with the purpose to allow its customers to explore and buy premium quality hand crafted painting art. User of the website or mobile application may include any Service provider, Consumer or any visitor. User has a right to alter, correct or update his personal or non-personal information including details about his/her Brushloom account and other related information. Deletion of personal information may be requested by you as and when required. We would attempt to respond to all requests relating to such issues in accordance with law. 7. Applicable Law
M/s Brushloom is headquartered in Uttar Pradesh, India and the Brushloom Services are intended for users in India. By viewing any Content or otherwise using the Brushloom Services, you consent to the transfer of information throughout India to the extent applicable, and the collection, storage, and processing of information under Indian laws.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law or the Brushloom Services or for other reasons. Therefore, it is important to check the effective date posted at the top of the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Brushloom website to ensure you are familiar with our most updated policies.
Return and Cancellation Policy
9. Cancellation Policy
Order once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours of receipt of the said order. After the lapse of such 12 hours the order can still be cancelled with the cancellation fee of 10% of the order value and the remaining amount will be credited back to the payment source.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of your total order value.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.brushloom.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is suspected by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion to cancel such orders.
10. How to Cancel Orders
Orders can be cancelled from the option available on the website www.brushloom.com. You may also cancel the order by contacting the customer support team on support@brushloom.com or call us at +91-98994-66357 between business hours.
11. When to Expect the Refund
The refund will be made into the source account within 7 business days from the time of order of cancellation provided the cancellation is done before the defined cancellation period.
12. Return Policy
No returns on services are permissible since the nature of services/product may not permit to do so.
If the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine defect, then we are open to extending re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
13. Payment Policy
The payment policy of the Brushloom shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Services/Products sold via Brushloom website are prepaid at the time of purchase of such services/products. Services/Products sold by Brushloom could either be for ‘end users’ who will consume such services/products, or ‘Artists, Partners etc.’ who will sell several products/services via our platform including but not limited to delivery partners, etc.
Users and service providers are expected to respect the prices set by Brushloom and do not have the right to challenge or negotiate the prices with Brushloom.
Fees and Payment You agree to pay all the applicable, undisputed fees for the Services/Products on the terms as mentioned on the invoice. That all payments you make to us for access to the Services are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for all fees and charges imposed and data transmission providers related to your access and use of the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing, contact and payment information to us. You agree that we may take steps to verify whether your payment method is valid and bill you for all amounts due for your use of the Services. You agree that your credit/debit card information and related personal data may be provided to third parties for payment processing and fraud prevention purposes. Our website will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. We may suspend or terminate your services if at any time we determine that your payment information is inaccurate or not current, and you are responsible for fees and overdraft charges that we may incur when we charge your card for payment. We reserve the right to update the price for Services at any time.
